Graphite Anode
BSS Technologies assemble and supplies high-density Graphite Anodes engineered for long-term impressed current cathodic protection in dry soils, deep well ground beds, and industrial plants.

Graphite Anodes for Reliable Ground Bed Performance
Protecting buried pipelines, tank farms, and industrial networks requires stable, low-consumption anodes. We custom-assemble high-density Graphite Anodes using premium synthetic graphite. Vacuum-treated with wax or resin for maximum durability, these anodes deliver exceptional electrical conductivity, uniform current discharge, and a reliable lifespan exceeding 20 years.
What Are Graphite Anodes?
Graphite anodes are highly conductive ICCP anodes manufactured from premium synthetic carbon. Because raw graphite is naturally porous, untreated rods can absorb ground moisture, leading to internal breakdown and early failure. To prevent this, we treats every anode using a deep vacuum impregnation process and applies specialized wax for standard soil installations and phenolic resin for aggressive, high-chloride environments.
When installed with a standard coke breeze backfill, these treated anodes deliver an extremely low consumption rate. They maintain their physical dimensions and stable electrical resistance year after year. This proven durability makes our graphite anodes a highly reliable and cost-effective alternative to metallic anodes for major infrastructure and energy projects across the region.

Targeted High Silicon Iron Anode Use Cases
Graphite anodes are exceptionally versatile, providing reliable corrosion control across diverse soil and water environments. From protecting cross-country pipelines in shallow trenches to securing tank farm foundations via deep 150-metre boreholes, they deliver stable, localized current exactly where it is needed.
With specialized resin treatments available to combat high-chloride coastal soils, and pre-packaged canister options to prevent stray current interference in congested refineries, graphite anodes can be tailored to meet the specific challenges of almost any industrial or municipal facility.
