E4 LPR Corrosion Monitoring Probe
An advanced embedded sensor utilizing linear polarization resistance to deliver accurate, real-time reinforcement corrosion data for concrete structures.
What is the E4 LPR Probe?
The E4 LPR probe is a dedicated embeddable diagnostic sensor built specifically for reinforced concrete. It utilizes linear polarization resistance to measure active corrosion rates accurately without altering the natural state of the embedded steel reinforcement. It is fully compatible with ReKorr® hand-held monitoring equipment.
Measuring steel potential and temperature is directly linked to determining overall concrete corrosivity. Installed adjacent to the rebar, this probe tracks open circuit potential continuously, delivering the exact data required to evaluate Icorr and the corrosion rate in micro mills per year, helping facility managers prevent severe concrete spalling.

Measurement & Diagnostic Parameters
Gathering comprehensive field data is critical for accurate structural assessments. The E4 LPR probe is engineered to capture multiple electrochemical variables simultaneously. Measuring environmental temperature and steel potential is directly linked to determining overall concrete corrosivity, allowing engineers to implement timely protective measures.
